In Broken Drive, the open road has led you to a dead end within your own mind. Following the tragic loss of your daughter in a violent car crash, the relentless grip of dementia and overwhelming guilt has turned your subconscious into a terrifying hellscape. You awaken in a dark, decaying, and abandoned hospital that bends and loops around your deepest traumas.
Players must navigate these claustrophobic corridors, piece together the shattered memories of their fractured mind, and survive the horrific manifestations of their past mistakes. Every "day" in this looping nightmare forces you to observe your surroundings carefully and make a critical choice: is there an anomaly altering your reality, or is everything as it should be? In this highly atmospheric horror experience, the greatest monster isn't a demon from another world—it is the guilt hiding within your own memory loops. Will you make the right choices to find peace, or will you be trapped in the nightmare forever?
Next Fest Demo Details
The playable Steam Next Fest demo offers a condensed version of the core Broken Drive experience. Players must survive a 6-day cycle of psychological terror by making critical choices based on environmental anomalies.
Every correct choice advances you to the next day, but a single wrong choice will reset the nightmare loop back to the beginning. While highly observant players can complete the demo in about 10 minutes, those who struggle to identify the shifting anomalies will find themselves trapped in the loop for much longer.
